However, to support international collaboration and maintain agile product development, we use Lark as our default business communication platform.

Note:Before collaborating, ensure that you have completed payment and initiated relevant product innovation process.
1. How to Collaborate Efficiently
Download Lark: Visit the Lark official website or app store to download and install.
Sign Up or Log In: Register using your email or phone number, or log in with an existing account.
Add NYCD as a Business Contact:
Open Lark and go to the “Contacts” section.
Select “Add External Contact.”
Scan below NYCD Industrial Design's business Lark QR.

Send the request and wait for confirmation.
2. Start Collaboration Via Lark
Once confirmed, you can communicate in real time, share files, schedule meetings, and manage tasks efficiently through Lark.
